You won't NEED the M62 pulley system. Also... there are like 2 or 3 different pulley systems for the M62... well, the cobalt at least.

My concern was pulley options for slowing it down...

Most Eatons use a common shaft... therefore a GTP (M90) MPS will probably work.
Most companies make M90 pullies up to 4"

Hopefully there won't be much need to change things in the early stages.

The HTV1320-LSJ is quite unique, and it would be pure luck if anything already available fitted with the correct offset. The M62 system and the GTP will not fit without significant rework.
However, there are a couple of options:
- 1 - The spigot and PCD is to our HES (Harrop Engineering Standard) and we already do a range of sizes and offsets. We will be supplying the unit with a standard size pulley, and others will be available as an accessory.
- 2 - Being to the HES, I am reasonably sure they will be copied/cloned and produced in bulk by your local outlets (or in China).

There you go. At least the man is honest. I'm pretty sure site vendors will be all over the pulleys for this thing when it comes out just like you said. Unfortunately it's bad for your profits, but will be more easily accessible for your customers if they decide to upgrade.

Hell, I would just order mine with that 2.75" pulley and be done. Bolt on the blower, use my twinscrew tune and fatten it up at first and then dial it in to be done. I'm seriously wishing I had known back in the day that something like this would come out. Oh well, needless to say I'm still anxious to see the results.

i hope vendors dont start making pulleys widely available and make it thru harrop only due to the fact that i have seen some stupid setups on this site which thank god its only been a heat issue...i can see someone with a stock engine by passing the for warnings and dropping to say a 2.5 and blowing there piston and con rod thru thier oil pan

Oh, I don't doubt that will happen. Hopefully if companies do make them, they don't go smaller than the minimum required spec set by Harrop. I'd be willing to bet some people will find out the weaknesses of these cars real quick with this blower especially if they don't seek proper tuning methods. It's real easy to make these cars stay in their "happy zone" and it's even easier to force them out of that zone.

true, but dont forget about all of the supporting mods that you will need inorder to safely run with this beast under the hood, anyone wish to guestimate how much $$ you will spend on supporting mods??

oh funny story about animals and sex....

I found a case at work yesterday...police get called for a guy naked in his neighbors yard screaming and reciting bible verses....they get there hes coked out talking about how hes bad and going to hell....the neighbor had a statue of a dog and the report said "he began acting unusual to the statue and began doing unnatural things to it" they take him on a psych commitment go in the house, he had stock piled urine, dog **** everywhere, "female costumes, and large amounts of pornography" they go out back and theres a rotwieller hiding back there...they take it to the vet who proceeds to remove "suspected semen" from the dogs ass.

needless to say everyone in the office got a read and had some good laughs about it

Off the top of my head... (all are estimates)

pistons 500
full exhaust 800 approx
intake 250
mounts 200
clutch 1000 (exedy price)
heat exhanger (if u want) 150
60s and harness 250
Tune 400-500 at a shop... or anybody with HPtuners and the skillz

i think thats pretty much the basics

Cool, injectors, pistons and a clutch (which I already need) and I'm good to go...
