Would that suffice with a H/E and dual pass in addition?

 

yeah should be fine, i can't say for some of the tuning issue's but that will be soon to come. Run the cti thats what i run

The HTV (TVS) geometry is significantly different and "silencer" slots are redundant. The HTV1320 is quiter than an M90 (I don't have a current generatio M62 to reference).

We did make and ship 10, but only 9 are going to test pilots ... the other is a "special". (Don't bother asking ... I'll ignore it).
