HeadGamesMotorworks.net head porting

yet another one says they are dipping their toes into the cobalt community. I'm not a fan of hand porting, but if someone did more research on their evo/honda head ports I'd be curious to hear the gains.

the email....

We do not offer a cnc port, all our porting is done by hand. And, yes..we are going to be dipping our toes into the Cobalt community. With all our past success in all the other markets, I am sure the cobalt will just as exciting. The head ported with out valvetrain will run $1299. We don't have pics or description up yet on our site, but if you check out the Honda or Mitsu Evo it will explain the process and the pricing will be similiar.

Thanks!

I drive a cobalt ss supercharged. I saw that a member on our forums got his throttle body ported by you guys. I was looking through your website and seen that you do cylinder head porting. Just wondering if you guys were dipping your toes into the cobalt community. If so, how much would I be looking at for labor for a decent CNC port/polish?

I don't understand how companies can sell something like that,

Patriot has been PnP BRAND new casts l61 ecotec heads for years with valve train(no cams) for 1295.00. the physical cast is almost identical, just the process of casting is different.

Maybe some one should contact Patriot about CnC heads

I already have, Patriot said they have no interest to do any head other than the L61 for the ecotec community.
