jimbos'ss turbo build
they are hard to find, saab parts are hard to find in general, unless you look in europe. i bought mine used from a guy in canada that owns a cavy. if you go to the saab dealer you could probably order one.
*****.. how much is it supposed to be able to take? it's cast aluminum right? instead of a composite plastic polimer
well just started my purchasing, i will be installing a g85 tranny, exedy hypersingle clutch/flywheel, new motor(mine blew), cutom fabbing a turbo kit. just ordered a turbonetics t3/t04 hybrid 60 trim with a .63 a/r. i'm having a custom intake manifold fabbed up similar to the hahn one, scrapping the whole air to water setup. allready have all other supporting mods including hptuners.
just wanted to let everyone know
i will be posting up pics along the whole process and provide updates

Jim if you need help or ahve any questions just let me know.
Go with a Vband turbo header.
your turbo isnt set up for a v-band hotside.
and you can build any manifold to be a v-band unit, but the turbo must be set up for it.
that manifold will leave you disappointed, i had the same style manifold before, i wasent seeing spool till 5k-ish.(granted on a larger hotside, but not much)
vary inefficient design, 1 and 4 fire at one another, 3 has a direct 90deg bend to make while sharing volume space with 4 and then 2 has a direct path.
it'll get you up and going no doubt, but you'll be back working on it to fix issues like that in no time.
congratz on the progress thus far.

So what do you recommend? One like yours? Is there anyone building a better manifold yet?

If anyone can get to central NY, I know a shop that can do it. They can make just about anything you want outta stainless, you just have to tell them what you want and give them a car or motor so they can make a jig...
