The stock pcv valve just burps oil into the manifold every time you boost up, which is killing your power over time. Everyone can vouch for this; get new parts pulley, injectors and such then you get it tuned you make 260ish. In 6 months to a year you go dyno your car again all the sudden your making 190-220ish hummmm wonder why? The whole point of this discusion is this the stock manifold is a piece of ****!!!!!!! I don't care if mine doesn't make a hundred more horse power or whatever the fact is you wont be robing your self of horse power over time and you have colder AIT2 which means denser air which means less boost to make more power which equals SAFE!!!
So, you're saying it would be beneficial to remove and clean laminova cores every year or so on an OEM IM setup?

Correct, the whole inside of my I/M and S/C were covered in oil at about 60K

Brake Parts Cleaner should do the trick, not sure how it will effect the S/C Rotors but just keep it off of that if possible.

so got to the dyno again this weekend
not bad the iat1 and iat2's were soo close its wasnt even funny.
anyways we started to spray meth and god damn if my car didnt like it.
first the fun numbers... my iat1's were up around 94-95 all day and with meth the iat2's went down to 100 sometimes hitting 99

on one run we let her cool down a bit and my iat2's went 1 degree below iat1 hahaha this works sooo good. anyways the car loved it soo much she started to add her own timming up top, even with my a/f way off cause of meth she went up over 300whp

so we started pulling fuel up top and watched the hp go up to 312 then we started to play around with the midrange, tq numbers were pretty high up around 265 for a while almost a flat "curve"

so we still have a bit of fuel we need to pull out here and there but im happy and im poor so we stopped a bit short with the dyno time... o ya this was all done on a 2.5in down pipe, so i will get a new 3in and go back and see how far we can go with that
also got the car to make 20psi now, it screams soo much down the street its crazy

from 4k to 6.45k rpms im over 250ft lbs tq thats sick this car just pulls for days

That sounds awesome. Where is your meth jet located at? I hope it is after the air-to-air intercooler. Post the sheets man!

I believe he has 4 jets mounted in the intake manifold right before the head.

Not for nothing. But, I think once I get my new meth switch we should get a good old fashioned street race from 40 or something to compare the cars. I wanna see how they do like that as well as how they do against each other on the track.

Great news freakta, since you are so kind as to be my test subject I just CNC,d 10 intake manifold to head flanges and 10 supercharger flanges..... You know what this means......

If anyone else is intrested IM myself or Freakta. I wont have my balt after Monday because I sold it for 15K. The new manifold will be sick!! But it will cost $700, sorry it cost alot more to make believe it or not am not trying to make money as much as support my Bro.

The meth setup is secret DJ!!!! Damn it!
