I think if you ran more boost you could have done it! So you where drive the supercharger of the camshaft? That would make it very had to spin the supercharger with a lot of speed. I agree with the lateness of the supercharger though I know what you mean! But I am really spinning mine very fast and with a FMIC to cool things down. You where running unintercooled right? I think you might like the procharger over the vortech kit though because we are running of the crank pulley, giving us a lot of pulleys to play with for the procharger! I think 185 whp is very good for a 2.2l untuned.

 

any chances ull be taking ur setup to production, or a dyno. ive been eagerly awaiting it lol

 

We will be making a kit on an one by one order basis. I will be hitting the dyno in 2 weeks to see what it puts down! I need to find a dynojet though so are numbers are more comparable to everything else!

I have no doubt that in the higher rpms this will perform great and the sound is godlike, my concern is mid to low range power which is the biggest issue with a centrifugal blower

it seems like it took longer then my 2.4 to get past 100 for some reason the first part seemed quick though

easy fix, aquanet hairspray on the couplers, will hold strong as hell, or weld a rib on each pipe end.

The charge pipe just need 2 clamps instead of one on the 180 bend! so good to go. I though I blew the manifold for a second! according to hptuners I made 23 psi of boost in 3rd gear!
