I just got a call from the welder. I will be getting the BOV flange welded tomorrow not today. I will finish the rest of the stuff today other than the hot side charge piping so tomorrow I can have it up and running! Let hope! haha

Alright I am done for the night. Didnt get as much done as I would have liked but still progress is progress.

Got the wastegate on.
Finished the cold side charge piping.
BOV flange and tube was dropped off for welding.
Vacuum line was ran for the BOV.
Intake mounted, needs some modification.

I also installed my fuel pump rewire kit. I double checked every connection and when I put the fuse in the fuel pump just runs.... Dont think it is supposed to...

Ok that is what I figured. So the fuel pump rewire is still getting to me. Maybe the relay is stuck on? I dont get why it would stay on when there is no signal from the ECU.

Are there pics of how you have it wired? I grasp what the rewire does just need to see the way you have it wired up.

Yah there should be there pictures of it in my album, link is in OP. The only wires you cant see are the one to the battery positive and one to the negative, then the relay, and the fuse. I am guessing its the first picture since its the last one I took. I covered the butt connectors with black tape after that picture.

From what I get out of it is that the power wire from the ECU (or ingination source) is cut. The signal to the relay is now connected to the wire from fuel pump signal, then the power wire from the kit goes to the same wire but the one that now leads to the pump, then there is ground. Once the relay gets that signal it will complete the connection and send the power to the pump.

^That sounds correct. When you cut the ignition wire hook the end up going back to the front of the car not the half going to the fuel tank to the relay that came with the rewire kit. It sounds like you have everything else hooked up correctly if the pump is running.

I am not following^ I looked at the pictures and the instructions and it states to cut the grey (power) wire, hook the yellow (some have pink/black) to the grey going to the front and big pink to the grey going to the pump. Also cut the black, connect big black from kit to the black going to the pump.

I think my issue is something with the relay not hooked up correct in the harness. I never checked it since the kit came with it all together.

Alright I found out why the fuel pump rewire was keeping my fuel pump on, it was wired from the company incorrectly at the relay harness. When I turn the car to the on position the pump turns off. So I just have to re pin it a little. Not a big deal. I actually help them so they can fix the ones they have on the shelf so this doesnt happen again.

Now on the build I dont have much else to do just little things that have been taking a hour or more each one. Slowly coming, should be done this weekend. I hope!

Maybe... We will see how much I get done tonight to know for sure. I will keep you updated. I may stay till 6ish tonight at work to get some hours in so I can leave early tomorrow and have more day time to work on it. Things take a little longer since I have to hold the flash light or hang it. Lighting isnt the greatest in my garage.
