1st Gen LED help

I've had the 1st Gen projectors in for 6 months, one of the LED's are out and it looks funky. i thought i saw someone on here that had replaced those before.... any help please would like to get it fixed asap.

What i did was rewired my top leds so that they each get 12v. The way that they come the transformer drops it to 3v.
I got the 194 Oval Leds Bulbs in Amber them from 194 168 W5W 2825 Map Led Parking Signal Marker Bulbs.

Also for my Halos because i bought the lights 2 of the leds were out.

So i changed the Halo's to CCFL.

Daytime with the Halos on. They show up pretty good considering the sun is shining on them.

awesome, are the little ones easy to replace? i might just do my halos in CCFL while im at it.

Yep they all the colors are 12v & will plug right in to the sockets.
