hey guys,

does anyone here know if the stock headlight cover (lens/ housing) would fit in place of the 1st GEN projector headlight cover (lens/housing)?

Reason I am asking is because I color match painted my 1st GEN projector housing, and everything turned out perfect, but now almost 4 years later the lens/cover has tons of spider cracks in it, and they look like crap.

what i want to do is use my stock lens covers with the 1st GEN that i painted

any help is greatly appreciated

im sure it would fit i was actually going to replace my gen1 projector lens with the stock ones but just been procrastonating it

yeah Ive had mine for almost 5 years now and they arent spider cracking but they are rediculosly yellow, faded, and pitted

i honestly believe that it had something to do with the cleaner i used on the inside of the cover before i putt everything back together.

How are your LEDs and halos holding up?

I have 1 LED left working and no HALOs total. I would go back to the stock headlights, but i like my HID and i like my projectors.

Dont really want to spend cash on a retro-fit kit to add projectors to my stock housings
