Question 3rd gen halo help

so there really dim and i want them bright and blue. (as well as my led's) how do i go about changing these? ive searched and the only how to's were on 1 gens and is there a way to make the leds reallllllyyyy bright? like i see on some cars they even stick out during the day a good amount.

The ones that are bright during the day are typically CCFL not LED.

*****! what about just normal led's thas what ive seen bright during the day. not so much the halos.

I'm not familiar with swapping out the LEDs in 3the halos for brighter ones, I never really cared about their brightness to begin with so never bothered to try anything.

You could get a LED strip? I don't know how small they would come in though.

But the LED halos are always going to be dim, because most housings usually have just one LED bulb that has to light up the whole ring.

for the 6 small LEDs, you could always just buy brighter bulbs for them... thats what i plan on doing since all 3 on one side went out

yea i see what you guys are saying. the 6 small led's are already blue so there fine for now. but i really wanna get the halos better.

you'd have to take the housings apart just like the first gen, take two screws out of each halo and they will come out. as for changin the leds thats in them thats a different story cuz they apear to me to be smaller than 3mm leds so i have no idea if you can actually get somethin different to put in there or not and you would have to be able to do some solderin too.
