3rd Gen Projector Cutoff Shield Adjustment?
I just got a set of 3rd Gen projectors from 3bspec with the HID kit and anti-glare mod and installed them last weekend. They look awesome, but there's a couple things that bother me still.

First was the gap between the headlight and the fascia on the inboard corner, which I could fit my pinky through. I loosened the headlight and bracket bolts on that side, yanked it, and tightened it back down and the gap is all but gone.
The only problem I still have is that the right headlight is a LOT brighter than my left one, so much that all I can see at night is the right side, especially at the cutoff.

Reading HID Planet, it seems that the cutoff shield inside the housing is too low, showing too much of the "hotspot" on the right side, and too high on the left side so I can barely see it. Is there any way to adjust this on the 3rd gens without taking the projector itself apart?

You're probably going to get some issues with the HID in the projector housings. The projectors from ebay are halogen projectors, not HID projectors, so they will not be as good as dedicated HID projectors are.
ya I have the same problem with my 3rd gens. I think it's just a problem you're gonna have when you don't have retrofits. The quality of the ebay projectors is kind of hit and miss. My right side was brighter too, with and without hids in them.
