5mm LEDs in halos

Ok I did this with my halos since UV lights are so much more dim than regular ones. My 3mm ones that I soldered were only 3k mcd.... So I bought some 7k mcd 5mm. After 4 hours of fighting with it I made it work. Ill post a how-to perhaps later but holy **** is it a bitch! Expect to dremel or melt the housing to allow for the room of the leds.

Pics when it gets dark.

so you swapped the LED's in the halos so they are brighter? interesting, i'd like to see as well.

How the hell did you get 5mm to fit in the halo's???

here's mines. they are all 3 mm's



just how much brighter do you want??? lolz

oh and do you have pics of the back of the halo's?? did you cut them to get the 5mm to fit. it sucked getting the 3mm back in
