Aftermarket seat install - Airbag sensor

Aftermarket seat install - Airbag sensor
So I grabbed a set of leather seats from the wreckers that were out of a Saturn Ion.
The Good:They bolt right in!
The Bad: The passenger air bag sensor plug in on the seat is a "female" while the 07 G5/Cobalt's floor plug in is also the "female" end.
Is there a way to bypass the sensor and just tell it to always be on regardless of the pressure sensor?
Should I grab a passenger seat air bag sensor out of a wrecked cobalt and try to tear apart the bottom of my new ion seat to install it?
Read a few old posts and it seems like a few people have tackled the challenge. If you find one that answers my question feel free to forward me to it...
Cheers,

nvm. I removed the sensor out of my stock seats and re-installed it in my new leather seat. Took about 50 mins, cut a few of those expansion clips and broke a sweat.. but its in and the sensor works..
The seat belt sensor thinks the passenger is wearing his seatbelt even when he's not now tho.
