Aftermarket Steering Wheel
I think your wheel looks nice, I couldn't give up my cruise and radio controls though (I'm looking for a new wheel for my truck that has the radio controls now) But it turned out nice. Why did you not have a Airbag before? Accident?
Are all the Redline guys on this site dicks? It sure seems like it.

I dunno what it is about some people, but air bags are there for a reason why would you want to get rid of some thing that could save your life. Not to mention you were just in an accident...
well not just in accident more like june 23rd 2006....its been a while
I just installed the SS leather wheel with cruise and audio control in my LS. I love it, makes me feel like I have a nicer car, plus cruise and audio controls are a must.
I like the steering wheel. It's too bad it doesn't match the outside a little more, but I guess the baby blue matches the inside pretty well.
I thought they sold aftermarket steering wheels with airbags in them. I can't remember where I saw it, and it could very well be a fluke, but I was looking at cars a while back and I found one that said it had a steering wheel, momo I think, that had an airbag in it. Just curious, but I guess someone would have said something by now if it was out.

My only guess is that 3&4pt harnesses are what usually ge called "tuner" harnesses, and while they may hold in place better for spirited driving, they arent really any(if at all) safer than stock, and often due to mis-installation are actually a safety hazard as opposed to a safety feature.
A properly installed 6/7pt harness with at least 2.5" webbing and an SFI/FIA approval is really the only way to go if your gonna ditch the stock belts.
At least thats my thoughts on the subject.
