No you will have to remove them to adjust them. There are 2 bolts at the back right behind the projector. It's a trail and error basis that can be a bitch to do. But if you sit back and think about what adjusting each screw does to the projector it makes it much easier to set up. Tightening the bolts (clockwise) pulls the projector in and turning it counterclockwise pushes the projector out.

Which moves it up and down? Lol and so I'd go counter clockwise to raise the beam?

faster way to aim them is get them flexing screw driver so you dont have to remove the lights
or take off the front clip and adjust them .

Well both bolts do. But I find more the outer bolt closest to the turn signal adjusts more left to right and the inner bolt towards the high beam adjusts more up and down. But as you adjust one where you want you will have to tweak the other. Don't bother bolting the headlights in every time to check and see how they are adjusted. Just slide them in the slots and push down on the lights to give you a rough idea. Once they are very close you can even push or pull on the headlight a little to get it exactly where you want then tighten up the bolts. Yes counter clockwise raises the beam using the inner bolt.
