Dipyourcar is the ****.. And they do complete cars for about $500-600 I might do my entire cobalt blacked out.. I also like the gold metalizer on the wheels..
And alerosaint for the wheels to come out good you need at least 4 good coats each.. Look at the videos on the website they help a lot also.

Should've use the glossifier from Dipyourcar cuz if you don't like or want to change it you can still peel it off..

Can you do that with rustoleoum? I not sure

Go to Dipyourcar.com follow the vids and to get them looking glossy get the glossifier cans on the website. Anything and everything you need for plasti dipping anything on your car is on that website with how to's and vids.

Need some advice on my wheel situation. I have a white 2dr and i was planning on getting new rims that are white right from the factory (koning lightning is the style). So am i better off getting these white rims or getting the standard silver rims and plasti dipping them white? Like if I don't end up wanting white rims is it harder to plasti dip over white then silver?

I hope you didn't sand your wheels to plasti dip them.. Cuz that defeats the purpose.

If it were me, I'd go with the silver first. Silver will look good no matter what and then you can start playing around with all the different colors in plastidip without having to commit to an odd bass color.

Nice choice on the wheels btw, i like.

Get the rims in the base color you prefer and then plasti dip it any color you like...they got sliver...gun metal..metallic silver

BTW. Don't know if you want them glossy or not, but the plastidip gloss stuff doesn't work real well from my experience... lol
Any tips on how to spray the side of the spokes????....they were a PIA for me...I had to endup touching them up later

my question is what do i do with my wheels that are already dipped, can i just clean them and spray the clear on, or do i have to redo everything and spray when its tacky?

Yea dude just spray them down with the water hose and dry them and spray the glossifier on them.. Don't do them over unless you have some spots that have peeled off
