What do you guy's thing about these wheels on the SS, I'm guessing these would be about 19's in reality.

Another pic, I've always wanted an E46 BMW M3 but cost is way outta my range so I figure I could get an SS and try to pimp it out to be like an M3

they now have a picture of the cobalt with the different colors at tirerack.com now. so you can see how different wheels will look.

the 19's should work as long as the rim isnt too wide.

tiretrack directs you to www.discountpartceneter.com which is where you can swap rims. only a base coupe and sedan tho....no SS

A nicely tuned Audi S4 would have an M3 in it's kill range

UGH i hate when people use prestige and name when it comes to cars. please don’t talk about whether an m3 is better or not just based on name. Hell its fast, very fast, but truthfully i expected much more from a car that expensive. My friend has the new ones fully loaded w/ SMG 2 and its not that great. (well not that great for its price that is)

I mean id take a Vette over any M3 anyway. Better looks, handling, speed and prestige than an M3

lol I'm more of an Audi fan. They don't have the agressive looks BMW has and I like that. If you didn't know much about cars you'd say an S4 looks just like an A4, and if you pull next to something reving to what you think is an A4.. you might be in for a surprise.

The S4 is not just a rice eater, it's an everything eater.

However, stock for stock: an M3 will pull away from an S4 in the top end.

Maybe it's just me, but I think a 5 spoke or 6 max is the cleanest look for any car. The BBS line seem to have too much going on within the wheel design in my opinion. Sometimes less is more.

I agree, I personally like the stock wheels a lot.

I'm not a fan of those rims. They look bad(meaning ugly) and it doesn't seem to draw enough attention(i'm sure that's what your goal is to get). I would wait for something better.

Best rims for any cobalt i think would be ANY 5 spoke gunmetal or polished black look. with a chrome lip
