best way to cheaply paint wheels..
Hey guys,
Probably gonna get a second set of wheels for winter.. They're silver Saab-BBS 16's.. I got a quote from a local place of 200 to have them all sand-blasted and powder-coated.. That's fine.. But can I do it myself a more DIY way and save alot of monies..?? I mean, they're just for winter.. They don't need to look perfect.. But how about just roughing the clear up a little and just spraying them with several coats of wheel paint / spray paint..?? I have a ton of black spray paint.. As long as they're black, that's cool.. If it can be done without much work, then cool.. But otherwise, I'll probably just get them done up..
Thanks!

Since your using them for the winter we get this industrial spray paint we use for our semi-trailers after welding or grinding. Holds up alot better then your typical spray paint from autozone.
Right now my hood, front bumper, windshield, spokes and mirrors are all fucked up with thousands of chips...Bid deal.
