Cheap(ish), find used somewhere (Want to buy / For Sale on this site maybe?) - will likely have damage (parking block / driveway rash on bottom).
Less cheap, new from CED, will still need to paint and shipping will shock you
Either way, you need to cut slots in your existing fascia (bumper cover) and you will need clips to hold it in.
Could try a wreckers yard but not too many SS's around to begin with and they tend to get picked over really fast......
