well definitely dont use the 3m ****, you want a glossy roof, i would definitely try to do cf of some sort, they have glossy looking cf vinyl, but as dayhoff said, not sure how that would look with your real stuff, id say just go with the real stuff but that **** is pricey

They painted a hood CF on Muscle Car on powerblock TV. Looked as good or better than real

 

Well its your car, but having 3 different colors would be much, just get the real cf roof
