Blackcat gauge faces

I recently put in my new gauge faces from blackcat in, but im pretty sure I messed up the needles. Is there anyone in Houston that could check it out. I tried taking it to lone star chevy, but they just said I have to pay like $500 for a new cluster and that they dont change the faces.

Well when I first installed them, I followed the guide very carefully, when I took for a short test drive before I reassembled the dash and cluster everything is fine, needles are right on point. But once I put it all back togetherand take it for another test drive, the needles would be off, e.g. at rest it would say im going 7 mph and having a full tank of gas would be on like 3/4.

^ if they aren't moving try pulling them up or pushing then down a little, they might be getting caught on the gauge face or plastic shell thing

edit: what i do is plug the cluster in, remove the needles, turn the car to "on" but dont start it, then return all the needles and place them exactly at "0" without moving them at all, might take a couple tries but then should all be good after that

If that doesn't work then the needles might be screwed, and if so, just buy a new cluster from someone on here. Whatever u do don't buy it from the dealer lol, I'm sure u know why.
and good luck, hopefully thats the problem
