that red car doesnt have a lip thats more of a splitter, i can make those :S all u do is grab a flat peice of cf ,trace ur bumper onto it and cut it then attach, a lip adds more profile to ur car, making it looking alittle bit lower and adds a nice flare to ur car. like reign said the wrx has the lip and the srt4 just has a splitter.

If I also had the lip kit I could probably get fibercations out of ohio to make them as well. Shane there made the cf fuel rail cover I have. I will check with him for a rough price estimate
