Where is the perfect back window banner of either a chevy bowtie or the word chevrolet because I want something to fit across the top perfectly. would i be better off going bow tie of the actual word?

If the person did a shitty job tinting (and you had them done recently or they are guaranteed), then go back and make them fix it.

And, to answer your question, neither...I think anything across the front or rear window looks stupid. I've seen maybe one car in my life that might have looked OK with something back there...otherwise they all look stupid.
