Converting H11 Fog to H9
Converting H11 Fog to H9
H9/65W will give you 2100 Lumens vs 1400 for H11/55W. I know this is being done on other cars with no problems for the fogs. You can slightly alter the plug by shaving off a small plastic tab in the H9 plug. You can also get this for around $30...an adaptor..no mods required:

Has anyone here done this? NO, this isn't HID, so please don't *go there* and waste my time

65 watts
- 15% brighter than a standard halogen bulb of same color
- produces less heat than halogen 65w bulb
- filaments last longer than halogen 65w bulb
- available in 3350k yellow or 6000k cool white for most applications
Here are results of second option above:

That's not an adapter..it's a heavy duty wiring harness..just plugs in between bulb and factory harness! BTW, that does NOT come with those bulbs! Only with 80W bulbs. I ordered it separately from another place, but you could prolly get it from them.
Trust me...you don't need to see a pick of stock fogs here

Having fog lights that are brighter than your headlights seems completely pointless to me. If you drive with these things on at night all the time and you happen to have to drive out into the country you'll be killing your night vision.
