ddm tuning hid help

I just got a kit ( 10ks,9007 with relay) from ddm tuning, I can't get them to work.. I've been looking around and I've been reading something about putting them on backwards? I'm kinda new to all this. So if someone could help. That would be awesome

Hooking these up should be incredibly easy...

First... is this the kit you have?

Either way, you're going to unplug your stock headlight, plug the harness into the headlight socket, plug into ballast, put HID into headlight, there may be a wire that you have to connect to a ground or such, I hooked these up on my bf's car but hard to explain when it's not right in front of me.. There is also a DIY install guide on DDM's site

Did you flip the connector at the ballast? I find it hard to believe you would have two dead units.

I just fliped the connector at the ballast...it flicked on for a few then got a beep sound, that sounded like it came from the fuse box, couldn't get it to do it again.. Didn't blow a fuse.
