Angry In desperate need of help with my new projectors

Alright, so I just got the Gen 2 CCFL projectors, and I've been trying and trying to get these right, but I just cant get it. The driver headlight seems to be almost perfect, but the damn passenger headlight just isnt working at all...

Heres where Im at: (sorry for cellphone pics)

Ive tried adjusting the passenger headlight over and over again, to the left, more to the left...down, more down. It just doesnt seem to be doing anything. Also notice that the left headlight has like a "beam" down on the ground, but the right does not. And you cant exactly tell in the pictures, but the drivers headlight is a bit brighter and more crisp than the other.

Ive read around and it seems some people are saying something about bulbs being upside down? Could that be a possibility?

I just got these projectors less than a week ago but still havent had them perfect . I barely even got them to fit in place, and there was an instant moisture build up. Thats seems to have gone away though.

Any help and ideas with the passenger light would be great. I really dont know what to do anymore. Thanks

Hey man. I have the same projectors. The cutoff, as you can tell, is weird. It looks as if you have them at a good height. You probably just need to adjust the passenger headlight more to the right. You basically want the light beams to be straight, not pointed in. As far as how high to get them, turn on your high beams, if the cutoff of the high beams is higher than the low beams, you're good to go. Another rule of thumb is that while driving, you shouldn't see the cutoff anywhere on the road. If you can see the cutoff, you need to raise your beams. Try this and let me know if it helps. Good luck!

By the way, try to get a picture of the beams while sitting in the driver's seat...if you can. I'll be able to see if your beams are straight or not.

Okay so what should I do about the passenger headlight then? Adjust it down more or to the left or what? When I first got it, it was pointed waaaaaay to the right. The side of the road was lit up more than the road was.

And when the light bar goes out, then what?

Basically when the bar goes out, you could either jiggle the wires around and see if that helps. If not, then just cut the wires for both light bars. As far as the aiming is concerned...just make sure the light beam is pointing straight....kind of like this l l....and less like this / l....get what I'm saying?

Yeah thanks dude but I already knew that. Trust me Ive searched plenty.

The problem is just from where my passenger headlight is, I dont know if I should try moving it down more or what. I cant see the beam on the ground, so it makes it hard to know. Im still kind of lost.

From LOOKING AT MY PICTURES, should I keep moving it more and more down?

ya my LED bar went out on mine. I disconnect the other LED bar and the small LEDS on both headlights. I think it looks better IMO like that...
