Which ones are you looking at? there are 3 generations of them now?

I have Gen 1 with HID's in them now.. the lights themselves are pretty good, had to replace a couple of the LED's but not a big deal. The halos in gen 1 are powered by an LED so they arent that bright. Other than that, the lenses could use a good polish, kind of have a sand blasted look to them. Id like to get GEN 3 lights now..

I have gen 2's I think (H1 bulbs, 3 LED's and CFFL's) When I got them they where beautiful. Better then stock IMO.

Ive had them for about 6 months, and I noticed in the lense, it seems there are stress cracks, and they look bad. This has occured on both. I dont think there is any solution at this point but to live with it or buy a new pair

Which bulbs are you referring to? the lights themselves probably have nothing to do with you having to replace the bulbs, you probably just bought cheap bulbs or touched them with your fingers. I have the vision bulbs HID kit in mine and they work perfect, got them aimed perfect and everything

if your going with Projectors, I highly recommend going with an HID kit, you wont be sorry! They look great, and the light output is awesome. I found that the basic projectors with a standard H1 halogen bulb didnt give very good light output

I want to get a nice set of projectors too, with the HID lights. but I don't understand the wiring you gotta do for the brights yet. That's something I'm just gonna have to dig into and hope it comes out right. That's a good way to learn

Rockstar posts all his questions in this section, mostly. No big deal... I guess.

The cutoffs on the 2nd gens are terrible!!! I swapped out the projectors for ones out of a Lexus RX330 and HID's the look perfect now. The light bar on the top of the 2nd gens also burn out fast. Haven't had any issues with the halos yet though...

No problems with the 3rd gens here. I love them! The light output with 6000k HID's are great! No leaks or condensation. To my door here in Canada (including shipping and duty) I paid a total of $200. Get them and you won't be disappointed!

I have gen 2 halos and they work fine. Have em for about 1 1/2 years and no problems. I really don't understand how they mess up so much like other members said. I paid 150 for them on eBay
