If the map lights in the rear view mirror don't give you enough light, I created a how-to for installing a dome light in a sunroof car, makes a hell of a difference in lighting. As far as the brake lights go, I have a set of LED tails, so I don't actually use LED bulbs in mine, but the ones linked will do the job just fine.

For the license plate and dome map lights, I suggest using the flank bulbs since they will only light up in one direction rather than all around. This is useful because of the way the bulb is positioned over the plate and in the dome light, that way all the light the bulb produces will be going to what you want lit up.
