Help with Gen 1 Headlight Bulb Replacement

When I was driving home from Rochester, NY my car was covered in salt, so when I got home I washed it. It was something like 11 degrees outside and I believe that the sudden temp change prolly blew the low beam bulb on my passenger side head light, because now it doesn't work. It was working the whole drive and its only the one side. I checked all connections and they are good. I bought a new bulb and took a quick look and it didn't seem like a quick fix. Anyone have any experience replacing these bulbs? Any help would be great. Thanks guys
