Help on painting idea...
Hi, today I decided to change the special way of my beautiful car.
Here my choices :
Keeping my car in Black but doing big airbrush
or
Painting my car in white
Tell me what you're thinking about that !
Thanks for your help...

well this is first, if u paint it white u gotta do everything, inside the jams, inside the engine bay, and maybe a little under the car, and inside everywhere, so u dont see black, or else it looks like crap
depends on how much work u wanna do. to paint a car correctly, u need to bring it down to bare metal... prime, shoot, and clear. ur talking about ALOT of work. personally either trade for a white car, or air brush. thats just me though. like jack said, whats the airbrush of?
As to what cobalt driver says you do not have to take the car down to bare metal thats a big misunderstanding i am a painter for a living i know how this stuff works but it is a pain doing a complete color change expecially if the motors stayin in it tryin to paint a firewall is a bitch.
I am having my whole car repainted, and it is black also. I would tell you, but I do not want anybody to copy.
Just kiding bro, I doubt you will copy me, and besides mine will be done in a coulple of weeks so at least I will have my done first. I am having a Dark blue pearl sprayed in the clear coat over the whole car. This is going to give my car a nice blue tint to it in the sunlight, and it will remain looking black in the dark. This is about a 4-5k paintjob, so keep that in mind. It will look badass, and the car will not be to hard to sell later on due to it being a really subtle paint job.

i've seen it on black cars before, and it didnt really look at all different. i'm not trying to bring u down, but black is a dark color and blue is fairly dark as well. idk maybe the paintjob just sucked. but i have a white balt with a blue n white color theme, and i was going to do the blue pearlescent as well. but just wanted to give my 2 cents. also every car i've ever helped paint was brought down to bare metal. i wish i wudda known that in the first place. wudda saved a hell of alot of time. *sigh* i guess u learn something new every day.
I think I would go white, but you have to make sure you get in the engine compartment and all the jams. I would also go pearl lol trust me its hot! It will cost extra, but look gorgeous. then what are you planning on air brushing on it? i have a pretty sweet disign if u want to take a look, I just painted mine Kandy and its gorgeous no other color like it

Absolutely. I think just doing your airbrush thing will be easier.
