How do you clean painted calipers?

How would you go about cleaning your painted calipers? The brake dust shows alot more once they have been painted. BTW I painted mine red. Should I just use water, water/soap? Use the "jet" nozzle??? Let me know!

They don't get dirty any easier than if you don't paint them, it's just that depending on the color paint you use, the dirt may show more prominently
