Make em yourself... G5 tails are huge, there's tons of room to do all kinds of stuff in there. I wish we had the luxury of tails that big.

Here is my take. I made 4 led rings for the markers and and separate superflux LEDs in a cross hair formation as the stop and turn signals

a short video of them in action

They look good. Is it just me or are the gaps in the inner led strips not symmetrical though?

they arent perfect the size of the led strips is alittle short of the lights circumference. i kinda threw these together in about 1 1/2 hours, they work perfect for me

how do you open the tail lights? Just throw them in the oven and pry apart like headlights?

To open my tails I just used a heat gun about a foot away moving it slowly around the light, aimed right at the glue. It just pries apart after a few minutes. Somebody should attempt this:

I'm thinking about it... but I need to find some really bright **** to replace my inner rings for this to be feasible. I'd wire it so that during the day the outers are the brake lights, like normal.

no! you'll melt them like I did the second time when I was bein lazy use a blowdryer.
There's this blk sealant stuff that sticks on... everything... everything... an it's a bitch to get off, really gooey, an sticky... so jus.. watch it? really tho, my ex was bitchin at me for weeks about all the blk gunk on her sheets

but yea, blowdryer, an the same as headlights... watt I did was use a knife/screwdriver/sharpish skinny object, an go around the taillight between the crevices, like you're cutting somethin..

There's a grey layer of..silicone/sealant?.. between the outer an inner layer of the taillight, the part you wanna be careful with is the part where it goes up like a triangle(one on both sides) they're easy to break, but if you wanna use you're own sealant, then jus chop em up an take em out(much easier)

Sealin em up tho... was a beeeeeeech
I used the stock grey layer so afterwards, I heated everything up put some glass sealant between the cracks, gathered up as much of that blk gunk as I could put that back on, an then stick em in the oven bottom down... meaning not the red part, the grey part, an only leave em in for a tad bit, but make sure you let em set afterwards. I set mine to 200* for bout 10 minutes.. the second time I did em(didn't like how my LeD's were lined up in comparison to my other ones) I was pretty tossed by then an jus threw em in the oven to bake em again, but **** came out melted, an deformed... Only one of my reverse lights work now, horrible decision

so if you got some inner tails, or a whole set for cheap... get at me

A relay isn't one what you need to fix hyper flash.

they flash really fast because there is no load on the relay, which is actually part of the bcm which means either a relay is needed or a load resistor. so I gotta figure out exactly how to put enough load on the line to keep the hyper flash down.

You could wire 100 relays in series and still have hyper flash. But you're on the right path with resistors. We don't even have flashers... ever notice the clicking sound of your turn signal is a poorly replicated attempt at a clicking sound by your BCM and it comes out of the driver's side speaker?
