been trying to order some custom sticker wrap from them for a custom project.... ive emailed 3 times in the past 2 and a half weeks, ive called twice in the past 2 weeks both times someone answered (same guy) and stated that he'd send me samples to review..... well its been 5 days and nothing.

does anyone know any one who works for this company? had similar issues with regards to ordering?

ive told them im prepaired to spend like at least $200 worth of product and yet im being totally ignored lol... im seriously questioning this business... want some ppls opinions and or experiences!!

I was gonna go through them too, but I found a local shop that does great work. and turn around time was awesome.

if u have ur doubts now I would just go elsewhere.

Other than 5 weeks to get my order no. I love houseofgrafix.net I think it is, cheap fast and always hook me up with extras

 

I've gotten two orders from them.. Haven't had any issues with them but it took a little over a week to get my orders

 

Ive ordered quite a bit from them and a good experiences.

 

i won a contest on thier fb page, 2 - 3 weeks later had my winnings, and i live in canada. i was pretty surprised it showed up that fast

 

ic, nice to hear good things about them! hopefully they get back to me! id love to make an order with them, they have exactly what i want. guess well see this week what happens

 

love Ihatestickers. have meet them a few times. They get really slow with their orders. Thats why the only time i order from them is when Its a big sale or if I buy from them at a show lol. Took me a month to get 10 stickers once

 

For something like stickers idk they proble slack and get the cheapest mailing possible. Ive ordered from them once no big issue. Houseofgrafx does hook it up and fast though. They will also do custom ****

Just be prepared to wait...I think that's the biggest complaint you'll hear with them. They are kinda flaky...I'd go with someone else for anything custom. Basic website stuff though should be fine. I've gotten several stickers from them that were cut wrong and pretty much useless...trying to get replacements from them is like pulling teeth. Lucky for me I'm done with stickers so they won't be getting any more of my money.
