Ok, So I got the whole aiming thing figured out and got the signal thing figured out. Now, my only remaining question is, Do I need to buy the whole conversion kit to HID or can I just buy the bulbs and replace the halogen bulbs that came with the projectors?

gotta buy the whole conversion kit...but when you do make sure it has a relay harness so that you pull power straight from the battery and not from the stock headlight wiring, because HIDs take a lot more juice to power up and you don't wanna melt your stock wiring........and btw there is no blinker fluid...thats y i laughed

Yea, it's fun to play along with people at times.

Anywho, I kinda figured I had to buy the whole kit. Bleh, that is damn expensive though. But in my opinion it is worth it cause they have a nicer look to them than halogen. And adjusting the projectors sucks ass. I should have them completely adjusted by the weekend so I only have the one little bump or whatever you want to call it.

Yea, I am gonna go with the 6000k too I believe. Cause I want something with a little color too it but not so much that defeats the purpose of having HID's. When you get everything all done post pics of it so I can see if you could. I will probably doing mine sometime near the new year.

Anybody have a particualr brand they reccommend?

I got mine from xenonlink.com and the kit was $135.99 but then I bought the $15.00 relay to protect my stock wiring...and it was here in 3 days after I hit purchase lol very fast

hehe I hear that, I spent several hours on mine, tweaking it, trial and error... But now I could do both lights in about 15-20 mins. I'll also give a hint, none of the aiming instructions on this place are any good. To get your beams to go down, you must adjust both screws evenly, loosen to go down, tighten to go up.

Sounds simple enough. I saw on youtube people explaining it and they were explaining it in a confusing way. lol.

My only problem now is my damn driver side blinker. It keeps blinking fast for some reason. I had an out high beam but took them both out, one cause I dont use them and also cause I am going to replace them but that didnt do anything. I have also noticed that when I turn my passanger side blinker on the amber bulb will blink. On the driver side the amber bulb does not blink, just the rear bulb does. However the amber bulbs, halo's and leds are on when they are supposed to be. Any ideas? I took them off for a couple minutes today but dcouldn't really see much cause it got dark outside. I think the wiring got messed up on the driver side, could that be the problem?

Yeah, that's normal for all cars to do, G85. There's less resistance in the wire since the other bulb's out, so the current flows much quicker into and out of the other bulbs, making it blink quicker.

Well, got the problem figured out. The wiring was fine, switched the bulbs around (left to the right and right to the left) and the problem transfered to the other headlight. lmao. I don't know why that bulb is causing it to do that cause it is not out, but it is a somewhat different style bulb so I guess that does it. Stupid stuff.
