Knick in Paint

I just had someone slam their car door in to mine and create two knicks on my door handle. Would it be more cost effective to have someone paint the door handle(Being that i do not know how to paint well/at all) or buy a new one.

IF you buy a new one it will have to be painted. Your best bet would be to get the existing one painted.
