how far into the fender well does the hinge go? Do you have enough room between the tire and the hinge that it doesnt rub? What about tire size? How much room is there to play with? What about if it is lowered?

Would you guys post up a pic of how far the doors open away from the car when they are up? They look like they sit really close to the roof line. I'm 6'2" and I would hate to smack my head everytime I get in and out of my car.

Thanks guys

How wobbly are they? Also does Cobalt Addiction sell the automatic door opening ones? I wont go some chinsy flimsy wobbly manual lift doors. Rather stick to factory otherwise.

they r pretty sturdy...but i mean they wobble if u were to move with them up and as for me i have the airride so when they r up and i hit a switch they move some but nothin extreme by no means...as for CA they dont advertise auto doors so im not sure whut they say bout that but i kno autoloc sells the autodoors. i beleive its autoloc.com

no i got it from AIM industries i wanted the CA kit but the company i got to install it had discounts with AIM so i went with it and kinda turned out with a couple simple prollems so now im gonna get the easystreet front kit..as far as smoothness its pretty smooth but like when there is dips in the road she bounces some but not like if you were have springs..its a smooth bounce

CA is a good company but sucks at returning emails. just call them periodically throughout the day and youll get a hold of them
