if you need something to you asap like next day, definately specify or he wont know.
Typically, things ship within 5-10 business days depending on the manufacturer. Some things that are in stock ship same day. we try to have no layover so once we receive the product and the money is cleared we ship out immediately. It depends on the product and layover from the manufacturer or where the products coming from as well but most things are on your doorstep within the initial 5 days.

as always if you have any concerns you can contact me via PM

cant overnight them but can rush ship...kenny didnt specify how long rush shipment takes but said that its usually around 50 extra .

i also apologize for the HE taking so long with the back order. if there was any way to get them there faster we would do it but its on backorder from the manufacturer.

If you have a personal ligitamite problem with them take it up with them. Dont bitch over 4 days. They are people too, like cavemen. Once youve had a complete catastophy trainwreck of an experience then bitch about it.
Remember they are a supporting vendor, doubt theyll bend you over and dog you with a concrete *****.
Now back to Lambo doors...

not really no, if it was that tight of a time you shoulda ordered sooner, your talking 4 days and an no email. If it was that big of a matter you would have called them directly already.

also you are writing these messages on a Sunday...yesterday...we arent open on the weekends.. Technically your order is only 2 days old and is not something to freak about. i wrote to you about the rush shipment but you never specified if you wanted us to rush ship anything to kenny since you inquired about pricing. . You must send him a message or call to specify this is the shipping method you want ..he isnt a mind reader and is not aware you needed these for a show.
For anyone who needs rush shipment or overnight shipment...we can overnight IN STOCK items overnight for additional charges as we are charged additional from the shipping company like anyone would to have something rushed, YOU MUST specify during the time you order that you need the item overnight or rushed shipped. some of the bigger items such as body kits, wings, etc. come straight from the warehouses and must be specified so we can let them know.... if you do not tell us, we will not know.

As is states on our website, items ship between 5-10 business dates unless otherwise specified (heat exchanger backorder an exception) You will receive a tracking number once the order clears and ships. Tracking numbers are generated from the SHIPPING Company not from cobalt addiction but you are provided tracking at the email address you provided to paypal.
thanks.

and as an FYI to loco who isnt aware of the HE Dilemma....there was a huge demand for the HE units we sell. The manufacturer who makes these could not keep up with the demand of how many were ordered and werent prepared for such a huge order. we placed a large order and bought out the entire stock they had which meant we pretty much wiped out the entire supply. every time they get any more in and make more, we are the ones to get them...we have already expressed the urgency to get these to us asap but production is going as fast as to be expected from a manufacturer, we are getting these in as fast as we can and when we do we fill the orders in the order in which they are placed. so its nothing deliberate...there are just not enough units being made. we get a brunt of the negativity which is to be expected because the manufacturers sell via vendors and arent the ones who get the complaints, so there is no urgency in their minds. we are in constant contact with them trying to get our parts...

I recommended taking a heat gun to the fender liner to see if you could mold a pocket in it. That could make it so you wouldn't have to cut a hole but would have the clearance needed. I don't think anyone is willing to buy either of the two available kits just to test my theory though...

You wanna be my guinea pig?

I tell you what . You buy the kit and we can install it in my car to see if we can get the fender to bend out enough.
