there would obviously be a signifigant differance in price between just the inserts and full replacements, seeing as how i'de have to buy new housings from GM.

No prices yet.

lol. Good point. My bad. Wasn't even thinking about that for some reason. On another note though, what about using this setup in the "euro style" tails they recently came out with? Cheaper than Gm housings I'm sure.

That pic is from www. k2motor .com (remove the spaces),but they want $169 for them. They can be had on ebay for around $90-$100.

Edit: Forgot to mention, I'd prefer a complete set, rather than just boards. While I'm sure I could be capable of installing the boards myself, it's just easier to remove the tails and install new ones instead of having to completely dismantle them.

I plan on it...........but i wanna see just how many people would need full tails before i go and invest in the tails.....

we could possibly use the "euro" ones, but I surely wouldnt be purchasing them. I'll work on the legallity issues as far as this forum is concerned with the idea of people sending me their tails........I wouldn't do it for free, but I'm also not a vendor here...see where that gets a lil into the gray area?

We'll see what happens..... I still have to talk with MP about all this to see if they are going to carry them...but with as much interest as you guys have shown, i dont see why not.

i wouldn't mind some inserts.

i'd rather see less LEDs on number one. and have the inside circle for running and 2 rows of LEDS for brake turn. Like the new PASSAT.
