Need help with painting bow ties

Ok, so im kinda new at this but ive looked all over the site and cant find anything.


I'm wanting to paint my front and back Chevy emblems black but not sure how to take them off and what type of paint to use. any type of help would be wonderful!

If you've yet to find out, fronts two 10mm and backs just a credit card of something to pry it off.

make sure you use a blowdryer and heat one side of the bowtie then lift. Keep going across like that until it cmes off. Use goo goo gone to remove the sticky residue. Never just pry it off. Don't want your paint to come off with it

there is a how to, but its kinda lame...im painting mine this weekend and i looked for a better how to, but found nothing, so i know where this guy is coming from when he said he searched and didnt find anything useful really
