New Headlight + Bubble = BAD!!!!

I just purchased the black angel eye projector headlights off ebay and got them today. I was overlooking the headlights and noticed that on the part where the blinker is on the silver chrome part is, it is bubbling just a tiny like they didnt put it on there fully on both headlights. Has anyone else had this problem or did i just buy some shitty headlights? And trust me i demanded new ones with my shipping refunded to me. and one more thing i noticed a drip of hot glue on the inside of the headlight on the black part and some fingerprints on the inside of the headlight. Are these sealed with hot glue?

you could hold the housing underwater and check where the air bubbles come up...then leave it in the sun to get the water back out and seal up wherever it bubbled
