Yeh. There is just a bit of fog. It is slowly going away though. I am going to give it to the end of this week and if it is still fogging I will use your suggestion. Man these things are great. You can really see things off to the right allot better and the High, well damb it's like lighting up the road for 500 yards and that is with the stock bulbs. haha

Yah. Yours is exactly how mine were. I should have taken a pic of it before I started to aim the passenger low beam. If you look at my pics with the lines taped off there are two horazontal lines. The top line is exactly on centre of the lenses of the lights while the bottom line is 3" below. My passenger low beam was 6" below the top line and 3" below the bottom line. You want your low beams to be level with the bottom line and centred so that the intersection of the horazontal and angled cut off is directly on the crosss hairs of the bottom line and the verticle lines of each head light.

cheers

I can only WISH that the snow up here in Fort Mac would disappear. We have close to 3 feet on the ground and it is not going anywhere soon.

You will probably find that you will only have to move the virtical adjustment on the passenger low beam. That's all I had to do then everything was bang on.

I am just using the regular bulbs. I have PIAA bulbs coming. The regular bulbs emit alot of light. I don't think I will worry about HID's but then again I always say stuff like that then end up doing the reverse. haha

Well DLP your hair drier trick works like a charm. No more fogging.

Thanks bro.

You'll love them. You may need to aim the right head light though. Seems that most of us had to. They take some adjusting to get them in but well worth it. If they fog on you try DLPs instructions to get rid of the fogging.

Basically take off the back covers of the bulbs and the amber signal bulb. Take a hair dryer and set it to warm and let it blow into the lights for an hour. Then set the dryer to cool and let it blow for an hour. This will remove any moisture left in the lights.

cheers

No. The top *** adjusts your vertical. When I installed mine the drivers low beam was bang on but the passenger low was on horazontally but off by 3" vertically.

cheers

Here ar some pics when I was aiming them

High beam from 25' away. These do not need to be aimed.

Low beams. I have started the aiming process. You can see the tape on the wall I marked out to help me aim the lights. The only light that needed aiming was the passenger side. It was about 6" out of alignment and the drivers side was bang on.

Pick under the hood plus the front end.

Left head light shot, lights off. You can see some fogging but it is going away.

Pic of front end, lights off.

Left side light, lights on.

Done aiming.

I used these instructions to aim them.

Not a problem!!

Now every once and awhile you might see a little fogging show up in the lower corners...but it goes away very fast. The only time I see it is when I go from the outside (-20C) to the inside of a very humid car wash. But even then your windows fog up instantly as well.

mine seem to be exactly how yours were initially because i see both cutoffs and kind of a dark spot on the drivers side. I might have to post a picture to show exactly what it looks like. Btw are you running HID or the standard bulbs?

I'm liking these lights a lot. Might pick up a set of black ones.
These lights don't come aimed?
