New weird style projectors?
This would actually be a cool headlight if it didnt have the 3 LED's and straight CCFL tube . Its the only thing I really disslike , but its a large dislike .
They look nice man .
They look nice man .
lights
HOW WAS THE INSTALL. DID THE LIGHTS FIT PERFECT JUST LIKE STOCK OR DO THEY HAVE A GAP UNDER THE LIGHT BETWEEN THE LENSE AND BUMPER. i'M HOPING THEY FIT SNUG LIKE STOCK WITH NO OPEN SPACE BETWEEN BUMPER AND LIGHT.
sorry for the threadjack.
Well when I am taking pictures in an underground garage......you get **** pics.
Trust me.......my Rebel XTi takes great pics....I just have to get outside and take some good ones. And I will be taking some tomorrow at the meet in Calgary.
Yup..........1pm.
They fit not bad. They were a little tough to get in, but once they are in they fit nicely. There is some gap but nothing outside of normal.

Can one of you guys post a night-time pic of one of the new projector headlights in, and one of the old ones in at the same time. Kinda like a straight comparo between new and old, maybe a new one in the drivers side, and an old one in the passenger side. That would be hella great if you could.
INSTALLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do not have any outdoor pics yet......but I want to clean the car first.
Here ya go:

A direct comparison between the old projectors and the new ones. You can see the size difference between the projectors.

And here is a pic with the projectors off and just the halos on and the upper light bar and the LED's. They look AWESOME and are really bright!!!!

A close up of the headlight. NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did not put the HID's in because there was an issue with fit with the bulb. The bulb was a little long and pushed the rubber cover up a bit on the back and it did not fit too well. I will have to figure something out.

More importantly, i hope u fix this hid issue because thats the only thing stoppin me from orderin them right now.
Why do you say it was a little long? I know HID bulbs are longer, but how did that make it fit worse?
And what is pushing the rubber cover out?
My issue with the CCFL's is when its really cold out , do these fire up quicker than a typical flourecent tube . And do they burn out at the same rate ?
Which do u think gives better light ouput? The old projectors or the new ones?

I will be looking at it Monday. I have some ideas on what I can do.What was longer was the bulb itself. It pushes on the rubber cover that covers where the lightbulb goes for the low beam, so the cover does not sit on properly.
LOL Yup! We are all so decisive.
