Something else I noticed, in the pictures it looks as if the top of the lower area looks still silver, as if the evo is only on the face of it and then the very bottom. I kinda like that look.

Nope., I sprayed all around inside there.

Sounds good. I'm not exactly sure what picture you had in mind where the black should go. I looked at an Evo X bumper but don't see how it's going to work on the Cobalt.

Was the plastidip supposed to be permanent or something to help you visualize your options before you send it to the body shop to fix the holes and do the evo?

I wanted to see how it would look. But now, I'll just keep it on for a while It was better than painting it. But, when I decide to, I will just paint it myself knowing I can do it.
