Paint Flakes on new spoiler please help!!

hey i recently got a black ss/sc spoiler to put on my lt cobalt but come to find out the spoiler has a small amount of paint flaking at the base i was wondering if anybody had any ideas on how to fix it. Also if you could give me your personal opinion on which adhesive to use that would be great. Check my gallery for pics

Thank
Robert

may have to sand and paint over, and if you use 3m double sided tape it should be fine with the bolts
