Paint Question?

Ok. I just need to know the best way to simulate the interior plastic. i am almost done with a custom guage pod that i am fiberglassing, and am about to start paint prep. i want it to match the "splatter effect" and blend in as close as possible. any help would be awesome.

wow thats going to be hard becasue the plastic is a simulated leather... i used a vynal and fabric paint to paint it, but i guess you try that bed liner for the trucks, but i dunno how well that will work
