Well I got bored at work and decided to paint the bowtie

Just plain ol gloss black krylon and taped the chrome around it.

looks the same as mine; red car, chrome boarder and black bowtie. the chrome makes it stand out a little more and give it a little more "pop". good job by the way

Looks good but u didnt have to tape it. The gold and the chrome are just held together by adhesive... could of made ur life easier.

Thats what I did! All those little itty bitty pieces of tape, holy crap dude! That must have sucked to do!

Actually taking the screws out was easier for me Seeing how I didn't have any more double sided sticky tape. And I had my lot porter take out the screws and tape it. Used car manager ftw!!! lmao

looks awesome...i just did mine yesterday, looks sooooo much better than gold, i hate red and gold, reminds me way too much of my 85 IROC, lol...
