Painted mirrors?

Has anyone taken off the mirror and color match painted their mirrors? I'm thinking about doing it and wanted to see of anyone else has done it. Post picture if you have, Thanks

eh, looks weird, if I had factory painted covers I'd leave 'em

but if mine were like the LS with all plastic thats an "ok" alternative

I'm undecided on it, it looks clean but then at the same time it's almost too much. IMO if anyone does it it should be on black or a darker colored car

Yeah I like it but I don't. It looks a little weird I think but black looks awesome however I don't want to do mine gloss black on a red car,might look dumb. Maybe I will see CADs at a car show this year and think about it.

I agree.on a black car they blend in and don't slap you in the face. On a lighter colored car there needs to be some black to contrast and break up the lines of the car or it just looks weird.
