painting bowtie black
Hey guys i debadged my rear bowtie and i was gonna paint it black with the silver around it and put it on the front grille....how do you guys go about painting this to make it look best...thanks...also the SS im gonna paint them black too so same question... thanks guys
oh and sorry for posting this is in the performance section i just realized i did that, i meant to put it in the appearance...
i plan on nightshading my taillgihts a couple shades so they are like still red but tinted, not black, tinting my side markers....and also getting about 30% tints all around for the windows...then buying a extra set of headlights and painting the inside...

i've seen blacked out balts on here that look really good. on my car i went with the black accents on my silver paint but a black car with black trim & accents done right looks sick. bring your car to a local body shop and let them take off the bowties and paint them. the front badge is a bolt-on, the back and side badges are stuck on with double sided tape.i paid 50 bucks to get my bowties painted black. i bought the black SS badges from e-bay, they were a a little bigger than the the original ones but i like the way they look. good luck
dam man thats pretty much what im going for, i dont kno how to post pics but i like the way "95cam86roc"'s car looks im pretty much using that as my model...i love you car tho...i wish i could remove the front license plate im afraid of getting a ticket tho
oh and who did your headlights??

do a search and u should find a few how to's on how to take them apart. Real easy just take ur time. My front license plate was held on with lag screws, not rivets... it was weird so i can swap it when i want to and i have plugs to put in the holes.
