Painting Calibers/Hubs?

Ight now that my rims are on its looks soo ugly with rusted hubs and dirty calibers... i plan on painting them both black but my local stores have no black caliber paint. Is there any spraypaint that would work on the hubs? do i need to clear coat them? also how hard is it to polish the calibers? would that look better then black? whats the process? sorry for so many questions i jsut cant stand the look of rust any more

there is a kit that most stores like pep boys sells its not a spary paint, you actually have to brush it on, made for calipers and drums. i used it and it came out great, it cost between 14-16 bucks
