i used 2000* high temp from autozone, painted it a month ago and hasnt came off yet. header also cools down to the touch in like five minutes, just make sure you bake the paint on the car i just started it and let it idle for 5 minutes then let it cool down 10 minute idle cool down then drove it for like 15 minutes and let it cool down gain now its good to go
